These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform. By accessing or using MedZyGo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

Please read carefully. MedZyGo is an information and discovery platform only. It does not provide medical advice or healthcare services, and the information shown is largely supplied by third parties. Sections 3, 4, and 5 (medical disclaimer, accuracy of information, and limitation of liability) limit our responsibility — please read them in full.

1. Definitions

• “User” — any person who accesses the Platform to discover healthcare information or services.
• “Provider” — any hospital, clinic, doctor, diagnostic centre, laboratory, blood bank, ambulance operator, or other establishment that lists on, advertises through, or registers with the Platform.
• “Listing” — any information about a Provider or its services displayed on the Platform.
• “Content” — text, data, images, codes, and other material made available on the Platform.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Not medical advice; AI-assisted guidance

The Platform helps you find healthcare options. It does not provide medical care, and nothing on it is medical advice.

• Any symptom information, specialist suggestions, triage indication, or AI-assisted guidance is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for consultation with a qualified, registered medical practitioner, and it creates no doctor–patient relationship.
• AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or wrong. Always use your own judgement and seek professional care. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read on the Platform.
• Medical emergency: MedZyGo is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call your local emergency number ([EMERGENCY NUMBER], e.g. 108 / 112) or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Do not rely on the Platform (including any listed ambulance contact) for time-critical care.

4. Accuracy of information and third-party data

Listings — including names, contact details, addresses, working hours, specialities, doctor information, diagnostics (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound and similar), laboratory and blood-bank information, ambulance contacts, health camps, prices, and discount codes — are supplied by Providers and other third-party or publicly available sources.

• This information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable, and may change without notice.
• You must independently verify any information — including availability, fees, qualifications, and licensing — directly with the relevant Provider before relying on it or visiting.
• We do not recommend or endorse any particular Provider, doctor, treatment, test, or facility. Any decision you make based on the Platform is at your sole discretion and risk.
• We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, pricing, or that any discount, camp, or service will be honoured or provided.

5. “Verified” badge

A “Verified” badge indicates only that we performed a basic check of the Listing’s existence or of certain details supplied to us. It is not an endorsement and not a guarantee of quality, qualifications, registration, licensing, safety, availability, or treatment outcomes. Always confirm a Provider’s credentials independently.

6. Discounts, promotional codes, and health camps

• Discounts, promotional codes, and health camps are created, offered, and run by Providers, not by MedZyGo.
• A code shown to you (and a corresponding code given to the Provider) may be used to identify and track a referral or discount. We do not guarantee that any Provider will honour a code, apply a discount, or that any camp will take place, occur as described, or remain free.
• MedZyGo is not a party to any arrangement, consultation, or transaction between you and a Provider and is not responsible for it. Any dispute regarding a discount, camp, payment, or treatment is solely between you and the Provider.

7. User responsibilities and acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• submit false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content, including in any review or rating;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data, or use bots or automated means except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• use the Platform in violation of applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.

We may remove content or suspend access for any breach.

8. Reviews, ratings, and user content

If you submit reviews, ratings, or other content, you confirm it is your honest, lawful opinion and does not infringe any third-party right. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content on the Platform. We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion but are not obliged to monitor it.

9. Provider terms

If you use the Platform as a Provider, you additionally agree that:

• you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and currency of every Listing, advertisement, camp, and discount you submit;
• you hold and maintain all licences, registrations, and approvals required by law (including under applicable clinical-establishment, medical-council, diagnostic, blood-bank, and transport regulations) and will provide proof on request;
• you will not post false, misleading, or unlawful content, and you will comply with all laws governing advertising of healthcare services, including the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 where applicable;
• you are responsible for the services you deliver and for honouring any discount or offer you publish; and
• you will indemnify us for claims arising from your Listings or services (see Section 13).

Provider listing, advertising, and any fees are subject to separate commercial terms where applicable. We may verify, reject, suspend, or remove any Provider or Listing at our discretion.

10. Service availability

The Platform is provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it without notice.

11. Intellectual property

The MedZyGo name, logo, design, and all Content we provide are owned by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Provider trademarks and content remain the property of their owners.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or reliability of information.

13. Limitation of liability and indemnity

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedZyGo and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from: your use of or inability to use the Platform; your reliance on any Listing, AI guidance, code, discount, or camp; or the acts, omissions, services, or conduct of any Provider or other third party.
• To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount (if any) you paid to us for using the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the claim, which for most users is zero as the Platform is free for users.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] and the persons listed above from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

14. Third-party links and services

The Platform links to or relies on third parties (Providers, mapping services, app stores, payment or communication providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, services, availability, or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Platform, other users, or any third party. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3–5, 11–14, 16–18) will survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change, and significant changes may be notified through the Platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing law, jurisdiction, and grievances

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at [STATE], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Grievance Officer: In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, complaints regarding Content or these Terms may be addressed to our Grievance Officer at help@medzygo.com. We will acknowledge complaints within the timelines prescribed by law.

• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business.
• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
• Language: These Terms are published in English, which is the governing version; any translation is provided for convenience only.
